We are currently hiring Aggressive Virtual Inbound TOP SALES PROFESSIONALS
for all shifts. You can either work full-time or part-time.

Our outstanding commission based structure will net you up to $50/hr. As a
commissioned based sales agent, you'll be accepting inbound calls from consumers
interested in purchasing products. You will utilize our database to read scripts, collect
customers information and process orders.

MUSTS:

* Be an aggressive go getter
* Have sales experience (preferred but not necessary)
* Have a quiet area in which to take calls
* Have computer knowledge
* Have a clear speaking voice
* Be friendly and have a professional demeanor at all times
* Perform duties in a timely & organized manner
* Be prompt when reporting for & during your chosen shifts
* Be open to constructive criticism & detailed oriented
* Be familiar with Instant Messaging & Chat Programs


HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:

* A personal computer with at least a 2GH2 Pentium 4 Processor or better
* A minimum of 1 GB of Ram Memory
* Windows XP or Windows Vista
* High Speed Internet Access--cable, DSL, or FIOS. At least 2 megabits per second
download and .25 mbps upload
* If your Internet does not meet the minimum requirements (determined with a controlled
test performed by us) you will be asked to upgrade your connection speed
* USB Headset (noise canceling microphone recommended
* AIM (free download)
* X-Lite Phone (we will provide this)
* Printer helpful & preferred


HOURS & PAY RATE:

* Straight Commission
* Paid by-weekly
* Hours of operation are:
* Mon - Frid 6am - 12 midnight EST
* Saturday 8am - 1am EST
* Sunday 8am - 10pm EST

Hmm I'm not sure I'd want straight commission on inbound calls. At least with outbound if you feel your getting no where you can walk away for a bit. They'd have to pay me hourly plus commission to get me to sit by the phones waiting for a call. That's just how I feel though.

Would you like to know the name of this company? Here is a hint, can you say (ABSOLUTE - LY) NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

When they change their business ethics and begin to respect their contractors maybe they will not be to ashamed to put their company's name on their posts.

PAY YOUR CONTRACTORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How about paying your agents for making THE INITIAL SALE. Oh come on, people are suppose to sale your product and ONLY get paid for the upsells.

IF YOU FEEL THEIR IS NO WORK IN SELLING THE INITIAL PRODUCT THEN WHY NOT AUTOMATE THE PROCESS WITH READILY AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGY, THEN YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO BOTHER HIRING CONTRACTORS AT ALL.

Contractors should be paid no less than $3.00 per initial sale and then all of the commissions for upsells.

Contractors should be paid on time and with no conflict on behalf of the company being unethical.

FOR THE PEOPLE CONSIDERING THIS POSITION PLEASE CONSIDER THIS:

If this company was ethical and contractors where actually making $50.00 an hr. DON'T YOU THINK VETERAN WORK AT HOMERS WOULD BE ALL OVER THIS POSITION!!!!!!!!! THEIR IS A REASON THEY STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

$50 an hour does sound very high, but I can't say for certain if it's a scam or if it's legitimate. I'm betting it's a comission based position like another member posted.

Most work at home positions I've seen start out around minimum wage and go on up to say maybe $15 to $18 an hour? That's based on my own observations, so stating an opinion, not an actual fact, lol.
