Question Userlytics

I have been invited for several tests recently. They have new software and it won't recognize my web cam. I did not have this issue when I tested with them under their old software. I have emailed them for help. Just thought any of you who test for them may be able to help me. Are any of you having this same issue?
I'm just disappointed that I've missed out on pay because they do pay and it's sooooo close to the holidays; every little bit counts!!!! Thanks for any input and have a great WAH day.

I'm having the same problem. At first I was thinking maybe I forgot my username and password, because this is my first time signing on. I don't even see an option to reset passwords.

Wink Userlytics Response

I received an email resonse from Userlytics. He said they were trying to sort out why some could use thier web cams and some could not. Apparently there are still some glitches with their new software.
I have been able to log in. Why don't those of you who cannot email them and get instructions on how to log in now. I think it has something to do with Beta.

To answer the question about what is Userlytics. It is a program to test websites to give them feedback per the client's test instructions. It's not hard at all and interesting to look at the different content and design of different web sites. The pay is worth it because it really doesn't take much time.

GOOD LUCK!!
