The software depends on Adobe Flash and Java, which changes faster than they do. The owners appear to have a strong desire to fail, as they have done everything wrong, software-wise and people-wise. They are really trying to self destruct.

They are slowly developing a business, using everyone, including testers, employees and customers, as beta testers. At this point they are out of money. Their QA department, (me), COO, and lead programmer have been let go. Don't waste your time with Userlytics.
I was contacted via email in late December 2009 by a guy named Ray Prince, complimenting me on my tests and telling me I was a favorite among all who had viewed my videos. He offered me a QA position. I responded to his email immediately and asked him for some additional information on the position. He didn't reply until Christmas week (nearly a week after I emailed him). His email stated that he'd like to discuss the job with me via telephone the first week of January. That was the last time I heard from him. I found it quite unprofessional.

Default I'm Userlytics and here to help!

Hello! My name is Erika and am the Operations Manager for Userlytics. We are working hard on our system to ensure it is working on all browsers and sincerely apologize for the troubles you've been having.

Please email me directly at erika@userlytics.com with your specific problems. I will have our IT team looking directly into these issues immediately.

Here are some things we are sure of that might help when trying to test:

* You must have your computer (especially Java) up-to-date for the system to work

* You can't have chat programs that might access your webcam and mic open while testing (such as Skype, iChat or AIM...Facebook and mail chat is okay)

* Chrome is having the most problems with the studio. If you are having problems with the studio when opening through Chrome, please use another browser.

Again, please email me directly at erika@userlytics.com with any issues! :-)
