One position they have says the following "The hourly rate for the position you are applying for is $8.70 per hour plus performance based incentives of up to $250 per month." Thats for their customer service client.
The second position that I was offered says "The hourly rate for the position you are applying for is $8.50 per hour + $1.50 per talk time hour." Thats for their technical support client. I listened to a sample technical support call and YES it might be frustrating to some while EASY for someone else. The way I see it, it just depends on your tolerance level of that same type of call coming through over and over and over again. Press this, now press that, unplug this, now plug this in. If you've been in customer service before you know as well as I know that it might be easy for one customer to comprehend while its like teaching GREEK and HEBREW at the same time to someone else. Its really just going to depend. I let my roomate listen to the call and he took the earphones out and did not want to hear anymore of it because it reminded him too much of his current job. Troubleshooting!
I am still in the interview process so I wont be much help answering any other questions unless hired HOWEVER the above information is what the email stated for what they are currently looking to pay people (current as of 01/05/2010)
