Medical Billing Bookkeeper with Accounts Receivable experience wanted for busy Acupuncture clinic in Redmond, WA. You would be the Bookkeeper to work on billing, aging and current claims via remote access. This is a great position for someone who wants to work from home and set their own hours. Person needs to be detail oriented, self-starter who is willing to be highly accountable and not afraid to pick up the phone and collect receivables. Bookkeeper has excellent computer and communications skills, fast computer, fax, good tools and working environment. Billing software is Mac based so having an Apple computer is a must, will provide Apple computer if you are the right candidate. You would be reporting to the Doctor, conferring on accounting and procedural practices.

Job Requirements:
Medical practice experience is appreciated but will consider qualified applicants.
-QuickBooks or similar software experience
- 2-3 years of medical A/R Follow-up experience in a clinical setting (or equivalent)
- Experience working with major insurance carriers (or equivalent)
- Experience working with denials, appeals and re-submitting claims
- ICD-9/CPT coding experience a plus
- Must be drug testable - Bonded a plus
- Compensation: Flexible depending on experience and results.
