I emailed them and asked, and that was the response I got. I hope this helps!

What they mean is that as long as you get 50 or more on the test, you are on the waiting list. It is just a matter of time when your name comes up. This will depend on how many people are returning the next fall and I think that people that scored higher may even get picked first *not sure about it though. So it will be anywhere from 1-3 years before you actually begin work is all.
