The contract I have right now I'm not getting a huge call volume but I'd just be sitting on my computer doing my party work anyway so now I just get paid to sit there. The 1st contract I had with Arise I was on the phone non stop. So it just depends on what contract you pick up I guess. They still pay a min. hourly wage if you don't get calls for some contracts. My largest complaint with them is their customer service to the agents is horrible. And tech support wait is usually no less then 2 hours. It's driving me crazy right now. However, it is legit and so can't beat that.

I just did the voice assessment. I was so nervous I am sure they will notice in my voice! LOL! I started the assessment a while ago but never finished. I got caught up in every thing else I had going on. But then a lady called me today because I own a Mac and PC and she said they need people for Mac ASAP. So I hope I get a call back! Can anyone tell me the next step on the process?

Thumbs up Hello :)

Hi,

I just started a social network for IC that work for arise. It would be great to meet others that are also contracting with them... as I have not found a tab for them on here. Thanks!

They have been advertising like crazy in the places that I look for gigs. I wasn't at all sure about them and it's so good to have a place like this for people to share their experiences with these companies. They seem to get mixed reviews everywhere I check - my daughter really needs some work and would love to work from home, I look forward to following this one.

I agree. I did decided to go for it though, and recently became an ACP. I'm a pretty positive person and look at things as "the glass being half full instead of half empty".

Thumbs up I love Arise

I am a new VSC with Arise and love the company. There are a lot of complaints about the hold time when you are trying to contact them which I only experienced once so far, about a 45 min wait on the Live Chat tech support. On the other hand I have received courtesy calls from Arise representatives throughout the admissions process which I found very helpful. The initial start up cost can be daunting but that problem is easily remedied by joining an existing VSC that way you skip the incorporation set up fees, which in some states can add up to over $300 plus annual fees.Sometimes Arise runs specials where the training is free ( mine was). If you are located in state where the incorporation fees aren't so expensive I say, Go For It. The reward far exceeds the payout! Take control of your life. Create your own schedule. Freedom. Flexibility. Well worth the not so easy training and initial effort. Good luck!

Arrow Super VSC

Hi, we are a super VSC with Arise and currently have over 350 acp's under our corporation! If you don't want to incorporate or just want to try Arise to see if it's a good fit for you this is a great way to go. We offer vouchers towards training and NO arise service bi-weekly service fees. We charge 10% on all earned income, no other hidden fees. We have been with arise since 2003 and you will be backed up by a great team. If you would like more information please email me at mbrown@opendoormultiservices.com

Thanks,
Miranda
