Well I turned down the 2nd interview. I need morning shift, so I can work while my kids are in school. And I would like to have atleast one day off on the weekends to spend time with my family. I hope they send me another offer soon.

What does it take to get on with this company? I applied back in September and my status does not say anything just that I submitted the application. I just went in and changed some things such as my availability as far as days, hours, and if I would like technical work, sales, or customer service. I hope that with the changes I made I hear something from them.

Well Lynn, I just finished my 2nd interview late last night and the interviewer wanted to know what shift i wanted for sure(whereas with the 1st interview, I was asked for my top 3 choices), she had me open up an email that she sent while on the phone and went over the policies, paid training dates, pay and officail start date and had me to just follow along as she read everything over the phone.

When she was finished, she then ask if I would like to accept the job offer...I replied with a yes and within 2 minutes, a welcome letter and new hire paperwork was emailed to me.

Hope this was somewhat of some help to you!

Is there a way to reapply with this company? I applied in October and only rec'd the confirmation email. I have many years call center experience. What do you have to do to get their attention? If I reapply, do I have to use a different address or email address? There has to be a way to get them to look at me again.

yes i was in that orientation class last night and i have that same shift!!! wow!!! that is amazing i am sure we will be keeping in touch. @honore there is a website at the end of the application that you can email too and see what your application status is if you scroll all the way down the screen on the applications on the website you will see the address. the same thing happened to me and i sent a application status request to that email and it took about 2 days for them to send me the next step which is the assessment part. good luck and keep me posted @workathome4mykids see ya in chat!
