I was hired by TT but didn't take the job because the only shift she would give me is mon - sat 6pm - midnight!! Not good for me because I have soccer, Tball, Cheerleading and Church! ACD Direct is the company that takes pledges. You get paid by the Talk Time. I was hired by them also but didn't keep the job because of problems. You get paid once a month with them and you get a lot of hours during pledge months but the other months are slow. So not steady income if you need it.
Uhaul is hourly and you work 4-6 hr shifts for 4-6 days. You get paid $7 hr! They are hiring. Trying to get on with them but haven't got the interview call!! And I have 6 years of dispatch experience!!! Oh well, I will keep looking!! I wanted to do liveops but I did not want to do all those upsells!! That's not for me!!

i just did my pc test for my computer on yesterday and still have not heard anything does anyone know how long it takes for them to hear from cloud 10 once the pc test results are sent

It took like 48 hrs. after the Pitstop check. Then, you will need an appointment for the phone interview. I didn't get the job. It is sooooo hard to get through this company.

what happened? why didnt' you get the job? was it the interview questions? just asking so i will be prepared i know i can be nosey sometimes but i was just asking because i was told it was pretty easy to get on with them.

Probably the interview because I passed everything. Probably because I don't have call center experience and I didn't lie when she asked me. I have a customer service experience but not on a call center. Someone posted on this thread that says it's hard to get in, too. I don't know. Best wishes to you.

A lot of questions. She asked me to tell something about myself (I guess you need to sell yourself), something about my past job experience. She asked me what time and day I want to work and what do I think about their company and why did I choose to apply. And then, the last part is the technical one, she will ask you to go to some sites and she will ask you a question about it and you need to find it on that particularly site. I like that part, tough.
