I did find a bit directly on craigslist at your recommendation - but I still find the place pretty hard to navigate

Do you have to search city by city?

I just read someone's post about removing personal info from your resume and now I am really worrying because I have sent out my resume to two people from Craigslist and it had personal info on it. Any advice????

ms,

Yes, on cl directly, you do have to search city by city. Try the google links to avoid that

Harley,

Nothing much you can do about the two you've already sent. Just make a different copy of your resume with the personal info out of it and chalk it up to a lesson learned.

Man you guys are clever. I have been using Craigslist for years and I never knew half this stuff. I feel like a Craigslist Newbie and I'm not.

Thanks for all the insight!

Hi everyone,

I was keen on developing something to search craigslist directly, instead of city based, though the algo is a bit new as yet, will go in for more options with time, but could you help me test it so we could fine tune the search.

The url is www.wahmdirect.com ; post your comments on the forums as to what you feel needs to be improved, and if you had any issues searching.

I am trying to add as many job sites as possible to the search list apart from just craigslist, so as to get better options.

Help me improve on the search algorithm by giving good criticism.

Update

You can now search entire craigslist, all cities, all states and all countries in one go.

The emply text box is an optional if you wish to search for anything other than telecommute jobs.

The search is specific to latest day first, so posts made within 24 hours will appear first.

If you feel that something needs to be added do let me know.

Oddly it's bringing up things from Nov 1 first, rather than the most recent stuff for me. Anyone else?
