How do you search Craigslist?

I fond it real difficult on Craigslist because every WAH I have tried to get info on seemd to be one of those "survey" programs that want my money. Anyone have tips to spot those cause I hate them having my email.

Should I use a seperate email so I don't get spammed later?

1000 a week only? gosh, I see so many like $1000 a day. lol .
I can't belive people fall for theseadsstill. if they do. who knows? They should be outlawed. There's far too many like that...no products, no website, no nothing, no selling, blah blah blah but yet somehow you're supposed to make $5000 a week doing nothing . Ya right

How do I go on Crazedlist.org and type in a search for all states and only get the titles? I'm getting every city's main page and having to type in what I'm looking for! Thanks!
