has anyone received email or phone call regarding their exact time for training yet? I was told it would be during my scheduled hours. But haven't heard back other than they requested my ram and I verified that they had received my Fax'd paperwork Thanks kim

I'm waiting for that info too. I had to resend my noncompete twice today. So I hope everything is set up. I can't wait to get started. I would love to be an employee instead of an IC. The paperwork is easier. Yvonne

Well Cloud 10 you are an employee----you filled out a w4 they do the taxes....But i hope I like this one I have been working another phone one and not having much luck at all....I was told I would hear about training soon. Guess depends..did they ask aobut your ram yet?? they did mine that was my last step... Kim

Yes, they asked me about it. Then I received an email stating to refax my ID. Then I received an email stating they did not receive my non compete. This time I faxed and emailed it. I guess we are just waiting on them. I hope its soon. I need the money right now. Yvonne

I recived an email today. It said
Thanks for your patience as we prepare to get you equipped for your new job at Cloud 10! We are working diligently to make this process as simple as possible and in doing some we are still editing the content for this first step. We aim to have this information out to you by 5pm MST at the absolute latest. If you are unable to start getting equipped today based on our delay, no worries, we'll look for you to start the process tomorrow during your regularly scheduled time  ~Naythan

I got a letter from someone at cloud 10 welcoming me to cloud 10 but it wasn't the officail response I was wainting for I guess we gotta keep waiting

Ok...I've been on here for months defending Cloud 10 I do have one negative thing...I too, had someone contact me about a missing non-compete form. That was the first thing I sent back. I'm starting to get worried about other "missing" paperwork.

I got an email yesterday saying welcome to cloud 10 then I got an email today to make sure I had my USB hands free headset for training....Sounds like we are starting SOON WOOHOOOO
