Question Alpine Access Phone Interview Tomorrow!

This forum has been a great help for finding WAH jobs. I have a phone interview with alpine access tomorrow for a Payments Solutions Specialist for Sprint. Do any of you work for them and if so, do you like it? I've never really been a phone person, but I figure I'd give it a try since it's one of the only good paying WAH jobs I've been able to find.

What sort of questions should I expect for the interview?

Default I am starting also

I'm starting for Sprint also. Great company. I worked for a different WAH Customer Support company before but I had a horrible computer which wasn't reliable so this is my 2nd time trying, this time with a brand new computer.

Good luck!

I worked for them in the past and they are really a nice and stable place to work. Good luck with your interview!

They ended up cancelling my interview because I asked a question about vacation time. My family owns a timeshare and we always go on vacation the first week in August. They told me that would be too soon and I wouldn't have enough hours yet, so they cancelled -_-

I have applied with verafast, liveops, and west, but haven't heard from any yet. Any other companies like that I could apply for?

Really? That's a concern of mine because their policy states that after 30 days of employment you may put in a vacation request. Every 4th of July I go to New Hampshire for a family reunion and I'm starting with Alpine tomorrow. I wonder if they mean 30 days after the training? My training is 5 weeks long, that's pretty long training time.

Basically you have to fully complete training and then fully complete nesting. Then you have to work for 30 days and after that you can put in a vacation request. However, you have to put the vacation request in 30 days before you plan to go.

That's what they told me, at least. So it looks like it might cause a problem for you as well.
