Default My first day of Les Mill's Pump!
I was so excited to wake up to my Les Mill's Pump outside my front door. I am actually not suppose to start this until Monday but I just had to test it out haha. The first DVD you are suppose to do is 20 min. long and when I was done I needed more.....so I also put in one of the cardio DVDs using the step. I AM IN LOVE!!! I was sweating the whole time during the cardio DVD....I don't sweat easy but man was I!!! I also am sore this evening which means I may be very sore in the morning but I am so glad....I haven't been getting sore lately...it was time for a change up. So now between Insanity, TurboFire and Pump I am set.

Highly Recommend Pump!!!

I am hoping to order Les Mills once I get my income tax figured out! I also am not one to sweat easily, so hopefully this will do the trick!

I enjoy coming over here to read what you ladies are up to with workouts! I've been working out to other Les Mill's workouts, they are fun and make you sweat--great stuff!! Glad to hear you are enjoying that one!
