Default Workout Videos

I have had Turbo Jam since last year, and I really like Chalene's workouts. I think it is time to progress to another video, but I am not sure which one. Anything with Chalene would probably be great. I have seen the infomercials for Hip Hop Abs, and it really looks like a lot of fun. So any suggestions on what I should select for my next workout? Thanks.

If you liked Turbo Jam then you should go for Chalene Extreme or TurboFire. TurboFire is like part 2 of Turbo Jam and Chalene Extreme uses weights. I haven't done Chalene Extreme but LOVE LOVE LOVE TurboFire.

Wow, Chalene Extreme looks really challenging! Not sure if I am if I am ready for this one. Is the TurboFire the same as far as as intensity?

The video link above was for TurboFire. I am not sure about Chalene Extreme.....I wish I was familiar with it. All I will say is our programs are guaranteed so if you don't love something, send it back fro a refund

Oooops! I meant Turbo Fire. It looks real intense! Just a little concerned because I am not as active as I should be. I know that I can probably modify it just like in Turob Jam. I also received an email for a special offer on one of Shaun T's workout program. I may order that one. He seems like a lot of fun. Thanks.

Hi Brenda,

I just wanted to give you my opinion, if you don't mind. I actually love ChaLean Extreme. I personally love weights better than doing the Turbo Fire, but that might be because I am very uncoordinated! LOL. I do have Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire, but my heart belongs to ChaLean Extreme! You have 3 days of strength training, which does surprisingly get your heart rate up, and 2 days of cardio with an ab workout and a stretching video also.

Hope this helps you in your decision also.

I forgot about that one Chalene Extreme.. So many workouts so little time. That one sounds good. I have a to do list a mile long now I will never get bored with working out so its a win win!

I like how this sounds! I like working out with weights, too. I am not using any of the beach body workouts, but I get more interested every time I come over here and read what everyone's doing! Problem is I don't really have "room" to do any workouts at home, so I end up going to the Y. I do enjoy going and love to do body pump by Les Mills, I think I might have mentioned that on here before. But, there are some days I don't get out and yet still want to get a great workout in for the day! Keep up the good work, ladies!

Thanks for sharing this info with me. It's exactly what I wanted to know. I am doing strength training at the gym 2 days a week, so I am covered for now. Sounds like Extreme would be good for days that I can't make it. It would also be a great one to use for a weekly workout prgram. I don't really mind the dancing too much. I am a little uncoordinated, but it is so much fun. Decisions, decisions! Definitely need to order another one to mix it up so that I won't be bored. Thanks again.
