Wondering if anyone has tried it yet and what the experience was. I am pregnant so I can't try something like that and want to spread some insight to my clients.

I used it for the first time yesterday. I was so tired from being up with my baby and thought it would be the perfect time to try it. I used one scoop to about 6oz of water. I waited about 20 min. before working out and all I have to say is OMGosh..........I had zero problems getting thru my TurboFire HIIT workouts. Totally works.....100% amazing!

That is great! I am thinking of doing Insanity after baby so I will definitely need something like that after my 6 weeks trying to juggle sleep and 3 kids. lol

I love it too! 1 scoop is plenty for me (I'm caffeine sensitive) and absolutely killed my workout. Felt more focused through my weight routine & KILLED my HIIT! I'm hooked! And now that I'm done nursing I don't have to worry about using it.
