Default 10 Minute Trainer

Anyone have any feedback on the 10 Minute Trainer? I did P90X in the Spring but was so happy I finished I never did any maintenance. I would do it again but I just cannot commit to an 1 to 1 1/2 hours everyday. I just do not have the time.

I want to lose about 10 lbs and firm up, advice? Also looking at Slim in 6. Bottom line- I want something I will stick with.

Thanks.

Have you seen Pump yet? I believe they are shorter workouts and you don't have much to lose.....check it out! http://beachbodycoach.com/esuite/hom...=1306891281001

I don't know much about 10 min. trainer but knowing Tony Horton it is probably good but I am not sure if it's challenging enough. Maybe someone can chime in here!!

I dont believe in any 10 minute workout I need a good 3-4 mile run just to warm up (lol) The pump looks great have you done it yet?

I haven't tried 10mn trainer but I wouldn't sleep on the time! Tony Horton is great so I am sure it is challenging.

I have tried a 5 mn workout from Shaun T and I sweated more in that 5 mn than in the 30 mn. I guess because it is supposed to be more intense shorter time.

I'm doing Slim in 6 and on day 7 now. I did it before 2 years ago and got good results after 3 weeks. I can't wait to see my results in the end. I'm seeing some already but will post my pics at the end.

I was thinking of doing the 10 minute work out but I think I'm going to do hip hop abs when I'm done.

Thanks guys! I know Tony was on Dr. Oz talking about 10 min trainer. We'll see what I decide to do. How long are the workouts for Pump and Slim in 6? I'm sticking with BeachBody because I loved doing P90X it's just I can't make the commitment right now to do it again. I'm thinking about doing one of the challenges to get myself back into shape before things get out of control.

I sent you a message but wanted to state here that I believe Pump's workouts are around 30-40 min. long. With weights you don't need as much time I would imagine. I can't wait to get this....my Feb. 6th challenge will have a few people doing this program

The first round in Slim in six is 24 mins and ramp it up is 45 mins and that is a work out! There is also the last stage but I didn't do it yet.
