This is a hard one Lori..

I love them BOTH (LOL!) Turbo fire is FUN I have a great time doing the workouts. It was a 20 week series so thats what I started with. (anytime I have a rest day I choose a TF workout)

Insanity is work not so much fun (lol) its 60 days I love how you can incorporate it to go with other workouts (right now I am finishing up Insanity/The Asylum)

You definitely need to work both I would start with Turbo Fire personally. Your going to have a great time with it and get a hot bod in the process.

The Asylum on the other hand is harder then max insanity. I challenge anyone to tell me it s cake walk. NO WAY I dont care how fit you are its hard! I am starting to like it though (LOL!)

Let us know what you choose to go with & how you like it keep us posted on your progress. I love accountability buddies. Were here to help motivate eachother!

I am leaning toward Insanity and I will tell you why and maybe you can let me know if my reasons are valid! I have done Turbo Jam and did not really like it. I could never get use to some of her moves and I thought she switched things ups too fast. I like to do one exercise for awhile and then move on. That is why I like Chalene's Burn Intervals so well. It is 2 min. of the same exercise and then you move on. I read some reviews of Turbo Fire and some people had mentioned that she does move kind of fast through some of the moves.

That being said....I have no idea how Insanity is. Maybe it is the same or maybe Turbo Fire is different than Turbo Jam??

Any thoughts on this?

I did both and preferred Insanity. I liked both of them, but I am not very coordinated so liked the boot camp style of insanity better.
