Default The Asylum is the hardest workouts I have ever done period.

I thought insanity was rough OMG. I have started 30 days insanity & the Asylum its about to end. Next pure Asylum for 30 days I am scared (LOL!)

OMG its soooooooooo hard!

Whew! I love it though

You guys have some butt kicking trainers!

Oh I am scared now Amy!! I am doing a challenge and using Insanity and TurboFire. After this challenge I will be doing the new PUMP and then maybe....maybe I will try Asylum!

I have been thinking of trying insanity but am afraid of how hard it will be. I am in fairly decent shape..been working out for several years. Just finished Chalene Extreme and also work out on the treadmill/total gym and am doing Chalene's burn intervals. When I first started doing burn intervals it kicked my butt!! The more I do it, the easier it gets but I still find it challanging! For those of you that have done Insanity...do you think it would be good for me? I like the burn intervals because it is 2 min. of intense cardio followed by 2 min. of strength endurance training. I am nervous about insanity because I understand it it longer bursts of cardio. I like the shorter bursts because I know I can do anything for 2 min.!! I do want to challange myself though!!

Opinions??

I KNOW you can do it! As with anything, you can modify it as much as you need to and then build up

Asylum is hard, but it changed my body more than any other program. Although p90x2 may be changing it even more ). It is hard, but can be modified! It's worth the results you will get.
