My friend just ordered this and is excited to try it once she gets it. It looks great, I want to give it a try too but I am getting ready to start Insanity first .

I did brazil butt lift. I did it along with asylum because I didn't really feel like it was enough on its own. Not after doing some of the harder programs. I thought it was great. Learned lots of new moves that really target different butt muscles. I am not very coordinated and some of the dancing parts of it were tough for me.

I've decided that I MUST stop procrastinating and get back on some sort of exercise/diet routine. I inquired before here about 10 minute trainer and now I am thinking about the Brazilian Butt Lift which looks fun and focuses on any area I would like to work on.

I did P90x before and just cannot make that time commitment right now. My goal is to lose 5-10 llbs, lose my muffin top and tone up.

Questions:

Can I do this with Brazilian Butt Lift or do you use this in conjunction with another program?
I'm uncertain if I should add Shakeology (concerned about price and if I'll use it), so any insights?
Are people getting the Challenge Packs? I see how you commit to the challenge on the website but are you then put with other challengers or do you get your own challenge group going?

Thanks.

For me I am getting burned out on this series so I suggest mixing it with some other things so you don't get bored with it . Monday I am going for Jillian's Body Revolution then on to P90X.
