Did you start this week?
I'm going to do Slim in 6 again Starting this weekend. I've lost weight recently with my fiber shakes....and I want to firm up and provide some insurance to not gain weight before the holidays. I'm also going to do the Shakeology 3 day detox plan starting next Monday to help jump start because I've just been feeling a bit blah the past few weeks! |

Great...get started tomorrow and maybe we can keep in touch here!
I started on Saturday....and did the workout Saturday and Sunday along with Shakeology (with my Skinny Fiber added.) I've also told all my family and friends that I am committed to the 6 weeks of workouts and no more than 1800 calories a day...so hopefully they will help me be accountable too! I turn 40 at the end of this year and want to hit the big 4 - 0 in much better physical shape than I am. I've lost weight recently but still want to firm up....and lose 10 to 12 more pounds. I was SOOOO sore this morning and today. I love the first workout because it feels so low impact but you are really working the muscles in some new ways. I went up the the pharmacy to get some of the "bio freeze" muscle rub and that helps ALOT. Then I was able to make it through another full workout today. I have been a Beachbody coach for 3 years now....but I don't market it online anymore. I'm getting more focused on doing groups locally. |

Oh....I'm also starting the Shakeology 3 day cleanse tomorrow and looking forward to it! I think I'm going to feel so much better after doing the cleanse...I'll have to check back in at the end of the week.
For anyone who doesn't know...the Shakeology cleanse is basically drinking 3 Shakeology shakes a day and a big salad (with grilled chicken is ok) for dinner. Do that for 3 days to give your body maximum nutrition for fewest calories. For me I need extra the fiber added with my Shakeology to really help with appetite control...and I also add caralluma (which works similar to hoodia). Then I feel so full for 4 to 5 hours on just 150 calories! |

Oops....I actually just took 3 rest days...but my eating has been ok. I'm getting back on track tomorrow.
So for me now it is going to be Slim in 6 + 3 days, I guess! The shakeology has so many great nutrients in it....over 70! It is said it is like "5 trips to the salad bar" in a glass and it takes like chocolate! It has alot of protein but I need fiber too, in order to fill full. So I add my own addtl fiber source in. Keeps me feeling full and satisfied for about 4 hours on only 150 calories! |

What do you think it is? I ask because sometimes the workout doesn't fit the person! I just recently found the TurboFire love and honestly can't wait to do it most days. Don't give up....maybe try a new workout!!
