Half Way To Director
Well, in just under 9 months, I am currently half way to director with SoyLicious.com.
With all of the new options, updates, and more and more products being added to our line, I am hopeful to reach my goal soon. I have to give my biggest credit to my awesome team! Everyone has been such a pleasure to work with and I really enjoy the great feedback and ideas everyone is providing. The more we are doing parties, craft fairs, fundraisers, advertising, etc., the more and more our name is getting out there and I have to say, customers are returning! My plans and goals are to continue adding more and more training and resources for the team regularly. I started offering incentive challenges for my team and they are going well. I have a great idea planned for June  I think with 3 sign up options and 3 monthly options, one being only $10.00 a month, we are going to see the growth we need to really get the momentum rolling. This family-based company has worked very hard to provide us with more and more security in knowing that we will get through the little growing pains and move forward in leaps and bounds. I am just so excited, I had to share... Just wanted to give an extra "thank you" to the great team members that frequent here. You are all doing a great job!! Of course, if you are not directly on my team, but with the company, I truly thank you as well...because it takes EVERYONE as a company-wide team to succeed and everyone is doing great!
