that duplicant threads should be deleted from the Telecommute Folder. I am noticing more and more, people are asking the exact same question that some one else has asked. I believe over half of the ones who join simply ask questions and never utilize the search feature.
The search feature is a great tool when you want to really know what others think and have experienced about a position. Many of these threads are created and no one ever answers them because they've been already asked or there is another thread going for that company. I think it's a waste of our time and your forum space. I don't mean to gripe, but it's soooo irritating to come on here and see the same questions asked over and over and over and over and over again; when the people can just use the search feature and find their answers. If you ask me, I think it should be a forum rule. It will keep down duplicate postings and allow newer information and job leads to be seen rather than the same threads.

I'm not sure deleting them is the answer, but I think we could possibly merge those types of posts into other threads.
