What is the procedure for requesting a new company folder within a category?

Just asking here is the procedure; however, there must be interest by more than one member of WAHM before I will create a new folder. I have found in the past that when there is only interest by one member, the folder soon turns into nothing but spam and/or is completely abandoned when that member moves on to another business or moves on from the forum.
