I am sure that our vitamins are safe for someone with diabetes, however you must check with your doctor to be sure you are getting what your body needs. All product labels are available to be printed out to take with you. If you need help with that, just let me know.
Also, there is a Glucose Regulation complex that will help you to maintain ayour glucose levels with more energy and less cravings. You can check that out at http://www.shaklee.net/pbrechlin/product/20649 Hope this helps. Pam

Also, the Cinch products are low glycemic...

And there are reports of Vivix helping people with diabetes - I would definitely check out Vivix! Dr. Bevacqua has reported positive results even with type ONE diabetics!
I agree with the others, -Cinch products (shakes, bars) -Either CInch 3-in-1 Boost (has Gluc.Reg.Comp) or Vitalea plus GlucRegComp -Vivix If you have other symptoms like neuropathy, overweight, etc., that is helpful to know...there are other things that can be added, but the above 3 are the basics. Our supplements are tolerated very well. And as mentioned, the Cinch products are all low-glycemic. They weren't necessarily created FOR diabetics, but they were created with them in mind and have been used very successfully.
Yes, the GRC is excellent for blood sugar control and the meal shakes are also low glycemic. The soy mix is very good in that it has very few carbs. Another product to consider is fiber, as it helps to slow glucose metabolism. The protein products are all very excellent. The ingredients in vivix also are being shown to have an impact on blood sugar metabolism on a cellular level. All very exciting stuff. Hope this helps.
