I LOVE the new Shooting Star Award that replaces the Shooting Star Kit. It gives the new consultant more than just the full size warmers! It doesn't go into effect until March 1st, but love that they revamped it!

I agree! The NEW Shooting Star is amazing! What a value!
I'm also REALLY excited about the Annual Mentor award!
Has anyone else noticed that they are also breaking down the top sponsors and sales for EACH rank in the Spotligh?? I LOVE this... you get to see how you measure up to other consultants at your own rank! WONDERFUL idea! Very motivating!

I was planning on signing up later in the month (because I know that signing up in February you will get both fall/winter AND spring/summer catalogs) and I was planning on doing the shoot starenhancement kit - I know that I would have 15 days after my joining date to sell $500, and If I hit that goal, they will sell 10 warmers for $200, therefore, I could resell them at retail price, is that correct?

*Improvements to rewards system - starting March 1 but will be in new start up guide in Feb that join.
*Shooting Star enhancement kit will be called Shooting Star Award. Same 500PRV - will earn charm and bracelet and can purchase the new, improved kit. As products evolve, the kit is now evolving. $200 for the kit, will receive $300 worth of stuff. PRV will be earned. Can be purchased within 90 days.
*Top selling full size, midsize, stand, mini tester kit, plug in, scent circle, etc...will be in kit
*charms will only be awarded to first time achievers. and the spotlight newsletter will only show the first time achievers. for monthly sales
*annual mentor award - June 1 will start new qualification. Must have 14 new consultants that enroll and achieve certified within qualification period.
Bonus: $25 per certified $50 for lead or higher
*Shooting Star Trainer bonus - $25 product credit for everyone who earns shooting star award in your frontline. and will receive charm.
*Lifetime personal retail volume Award - 10k, 50k, 100k - new charms for each level hit.
*No Monthly Mentor Award and Scentsational trainer award anymore.
*Eliminating sending out certificates except Scentsational Start..

They are great improvements! Cailey, I would say you can sign up whenever you are ready. But, it would be smart to plan ahead, so you can hit the ground running to achieve this goal.

It's going to be your preference. An argument can be made for both.
1. Getting a sooner start vs. earning the new awards...and so on.
