What were your goals when you joined?

I started last year with the goal of just having fun with Scentsy and seeing where it would go, well we all know that Scentsy just sells itself ! I found that because Scentsy is so simple and fun the business opportunity does sell itself too! When I joined Scentsy I had left another direct sales company where I had invested years into building my business and team, I made Director level and then they changed the compensation plan and a lot of Directors left. I know with that company I had to truly work to sell the product and the opportunity.
Now that my business is continually growing I have sat down and made goals for myself for 2012. I find that if one of your goals is to make $500/month then you have to write down also action goals to accomplish this. I decide at the beginning of the month what amount of home parties and basket parties I need to have in order to reach my goal. This really does push me when I am out and about to share Scentsy with everyone and has helped me find new hostesses and customers.
Most of all Have fun with Scentsy and it will be contagious!
