I think it is possible. I plan to reach that level in the business. The key is that little word "plan" rather than "hope". I have looked at what is necessary to become a director and that level and set smaller goals to help me stay on track.

I teach college courses because I love to teach. I am a Scentsy consultant because I love the products and the extra income. The income at the upper director levels will mean that I will be able to do more things in my community and for my family. I can't wait!

I have only been with Scentsy since mid Oct of last year. I've done corporate sales and marketing for years and wanted a job that was fun and fexible for me while home with my two kids. I was very sceptical at first because there are a fair amount of consultants in my area and how much wax could someone really need?? I learned quickly that there is a nice size market for the product and the product sells itself. I think that just like with any MLM those who started in the early days of the opportunity will do very well but there is still of ton of room for growth for those who are starting out later. In terms of MLM ventures, Scentsy is still fairly new without a huge consultant base and it is a growing company. They just announced two new line extensions, a new product line that existing consultants get the first shot at with a deeply discounted starter kit and yet another new line to be announced this August. How much you sell/recruit and grow your scentsy business will be up to you but make sure you find a good sponsor. A sponsor who doesn't fit your vision can really hamper your success. Just because a sponsor is a director/star or superstar consultant does not mean they will be the right fit. You may actually be better off with someone who is newer and looking to build a team because they are more likely to have time to work with you and give personalized support.
