I have a heart palpitation and with the meds i am on i can't have coffee for a month.... after this first week, i am losing my mind...

I drink one soda a day and a lot of water. I give into naps on a few more occasions

I dont like coffee so i sure could live without it!. I can not live with out energy drinks! they keep me going on my long work days

I start my day with a cup of hot, sweet, rich, refreshing aromatic coffee. In bed of course. It wakes me up and sets me up for the day. I never need another one until the next morning.

I guess i'm one of the weird folks... because i'm a seasonal coffee drinker....i only drink hot coffee in the winter months... it's usually water...... if i sleep through the night i naturally just get up in the mornings... i've always been that way.


I might drink a cup or two if i've had a rough night before (no sleeping kind of rough).

Never was really a coffee drinker. I prefer tea, a couple times a day is perfect.

It is so weird. I was a coffee freak while I was employed. Could not start my day properly if I didn't have a cup. I wouldn't even pick up the phone and speak to any clients until I had my cup because I was grumpy. Now when Saturday or Sunday came or I was off work, I didn't bother!

Now the oldest girl started college and became a coffee fanatic so I'm back at it. I'm ready for the latest Keurig. A nice cup of coffee with a few chocolate bits stirred in or a piece of turtle candy, stir in some hazelnut creamer, top it off with whip cream...

I've never drunk coffee. Love the smell of it brewing, can't stand the taste. I don't know how I made it in my twenties when I was not eating the healthiest diet and was tired all the time.

Mainly a healthy diet, lowish in carbs, and high quality supplements is where I get my energy now.

I find that drinking green tea with a lemon in the morning helps a lot but what helps me the most is eating healthy and having a clean diet, I always have energy to burn when I eat healthy!
