I'm writing for survival, LOL! But if I get to the income level I really need by the end of the year, I'd love to reward myself with a Panama Canal cruise. Dunno if it will happen, but it makes a great incentive.

I want a new SUV. My last one die and we haven't replaced it yet. We are also saving up for a ghost hunting trip this summer and the ugly school taxes due at the end of the year.

When I moved to AZ from CA, my kids were teenagers, no grandchildren. After a few years, one son married, had twins and then moved to CA. My other son also lives in CA and has a daughter.

I am working to return to CA to be with my children & grandchildren. Of course, CA is very expensive. My house in AZ will not sell for nearly as much as the cost of a home in CA. So, I'm working hard to be earning enough for a large down payment (to create a small mortgage in CA). Of course, I have to sell my house here in AZ first, and houses are not selling.

Default Lots of little things...

I'm saving for lots of "little" things really...although expensive...like an iPad, a new bike, dishwasher, I need new blinds....just lots and lots of new things I'd like to get. I mostly reinvest in my business though and keep it growing so I can retire by the end of this year! That is my big goal!!

Besides bills, I am continually saving for our annual Disney trip. I would love to splurge on a deluxe hotel this year, as my oldest has always wanted to stay at the Contemporary Resort. There is a good chance that won't happen, but we will be happy just to go either way. I would LOVE to be saving for a Disney cruise, but two cabins full of people for even a 3-day cruise costs about as much as 10 days at a moderate resort with dining.
