I'm on Facebook about 2 hours a day, it's pretty much thanks to my business, a lot of my friends ask me if I have a personal account and many of them don't believe me when I say I don't hehe.

I am on FB maybe 2 or 3 hours a week if even that. I have been able to connect with some old friends from school that I haven't talked to for a good 10 years and it's great, but I don't get why people have to post every move they make through their day.

I know I'm in the minority but I never found any value in Face Book. I very rarely visit it.

I used to be on Facebook all the time, but now I try to just go there once a day or less. I've started trying to take lots of surveys to try to make extra money. It makes me feel guilty to waste time on Facebook.

Thumbs up FaceBook

I am completely addicted to FaceBook. I am on several times per day. It's a good addiction for me. I love finding old friends and keeping up with everything going on. I also use it to promote my business.

A part of FaceBook I don't like are the games. Farmville was incredibly addictive. I had to quit cold turkey. I also tried Cafe World and Price is Right and found them addicting too. Quit them cold turkey also. Cold turkey is the only way I've heard from my FB friends to quit any of those games. There is no weaning oneself off of them.

I found myself being easily distracted on Facebook. I would check out someone's picture which lead me to someone else, etc. etc. As crazy as it sounds, now I set a timer and have a purpose when I visit Facebook. It has given me more time to be productive and I don't feel like I've wasted an abundance of time.

I love facebook. I don't think i'd want to give it up. I enjoy my FB time and a lot of it is spent on business.
