Arrow Favorite Meal!

This isn't so much a recipe as a favorite meal. I LOVE to grill! I'm so excited that it's almost summertime so that I can grill every night, but you'll catch me out several nights a week in the winter grillin' with my parka on! My husband laughs at me, but he loves the meals.

Marinade boneless, skinless chicken breasts in "Famous Dave's" Chicken Marinade
Steam Fresh Green Beans
Slice Fresh Strawberries
Freshly Squeezed Lemonade

Can you tell I'm dreaming of summertime?!

Recee's Peanut Butter Cookies!

Very easy and it's an instant hit EVERYWHERE I serve them.

Very rich so I can only eat half of one or one. lol

The regular sized Recees
Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Mix
Oil
Water
And I think an egg....gosh it's been a while since we've been trying to eat healthy..but I am going to make them for my son's class.

This is 7 ingredients, but it is so easy, and SO good, I thought I'd mention it here. This is NOT for those of you on a diet, however. My wife makes these every year around Christmas, and ...well ...Christmas calories don't count because it's cold outside and there's a tree in the living room (OK, lame, but it works for me ).

This is my mother's recipe and has always been a family favorite.

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup melted butter (don't even THINK of using margarine!)
1/2 cup sugar
Large bag walnut pieces (unsure of the amount, but about 1 lb.)
15oz. can Eagle brand condensed milk
2 Large plain Hershey chocolate bar (11 or 12 oz. each)
Lg. bag shredded sweetened coconut

Mix crumbs, butter and sugar and press into a 9 x 13" pan. Sprinkle nuts over crust and coconut over that. Dribble condensed milk over all and bake 15 - 20 minutes at 350. Coconut should be beginning to brown.

Frost with Hershey bars (let sit to get soft and then use frosting spatula). Let cool (takes several hours until completely hard).

Cut into approx. 2" square pieces.

These are very rich, and the definition of "decadent"

Any salad recipe. They're can be so easy and fast to put together. However I don't care for warm salads. I like salads cool and my soups warm. Here's one to try : A sensational Watercress and Mango Salad. | CaribbeanPot.com
