Easy is the way to go for me!
Love to bake shortbread cookies:
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups flour
Mix, roll into tablespoon sized balls, press tines of fork on top, bake at 324F for 15-20 minutes - until lightly golden on top.
Yummy!

Default Favorite easy recipe-5 ingredients or less...

Cheese melted on top of taco chips with a jalopeno or 2 on top. Also add refried beans and sour cream on the side

I consider it cooking...my wife doesnt.
