Yes, finding free time when having 3 girls is challenging. I suually reserve most of my free time for late in the evening when they are in bed. You will probably notice me here way later than most.

Yeah me time is important. I do try to take time out to meditate, pray and focus on the present moment everyday but I'm not consistent. I guess I just don't want it enough.

I also would like to spend more me time doing things I enjoy, which is sad I don't. I don't even remember what those things are any more.

Yes! I have too. I can't function if I don't have a little "me" time.. I usually have "me" time after my son goes to sleep or during the school day.

I go to school one night a week. That's my "me" time. lol. I take advantage of every time my daughter goes to bed at night with a glass of wine and my laptop!

I do but not on a daily basis, these days life has been so busy! I definitely feel it when I have not taken time for me.

I think it is crucial for business as well as overall well being.

Default Gotta have the 'ME' time

Whether its just reading a thick novel, watching a movie and even watching Ben 10 with my kids I just take some time out to do absolutely NOTHING.

It's very important to ME to have some time away from kids AND the hubby. Even if for a few hours.

Sometimes I do have time for myself when DH and DD and DS are away. When they are around though it doesn't bother me. However I do need a little time out sometime.

Funny but I think going to the grocery store without kids is "me time". I do try to get up before kids most days...

When the kids are at school I try to spend at least some time to myself not doing chores or other work.

My suggestion is to read, I love reading and it takes my mind to a peaceful place, even if I'm not alone it is a nice way to recharge

I'm a total multi-tasker, so even when I'm "taking time for mysel", I'm working. For instance, my husband knows that the first thing I want to do when I get home from my day job is sit down and watch "One Life To Live" (I know it's silly, but my mom got me hooked when I was 10). While I'm watching it, I'll work on my laptop or clip my coupons for the week.
