Default Yes!!!

What could be better than working in your pj's? I feel more productive and comfortable in casual clothing and seem to get more work done. Who want's to dress up everyday? Isn't that the point of working at home anyway...so you can work in your PJ's?

Slippers and comfy stretch pants all the way. I work better and am more at ease dealing with difficult customers if I am dressed comfortable. Never used to be that way until our daughters grew up and moved out.

I don't find that my attire affects my productivity. I need to be comfortable in order to be productive. During the day I am working while caring for a toddler and a newborn. I usually wear a tank top and sweat pants. At night when I work I am in my PJ's and loving it!

I love this question! I used to be a real corporate woman back in the day, but now when I wake up I do like to shower and do my hair, etc. The most I do in terms of clothing is put on a pair of jeans and a casual shirt... so I guess it is a step up from pjs but not full on professional attire... funny!

I think that this varies by person. I happen to be a person who gets showered, dresssed, etc for work, even though my office is at home and only a few feet away. (Note, I am not saying that I wear business attire, usually something comfortable. But my hair and makeup are always done). I am sure that it is psychological, however, I do feel more awake and alert in the morning when I have started my day this way. I know a lot of women who work from home and stay in their pj's; most are very productive. I think that the key is knowing what works for you.

Default more comfy...

I loved working as if I am just at home with my pajamas: yep, its so cool. I am more productive than wearing formal, necktie and blazers galore.
