Default refund policy

Hello. I was curious what your refund policies are on your sites? I am rebuilding mine and including paypal now and was not sure what I should have mine as. I think its good business to issue refunds but I don't want to get swindled basically.

Hi Ashliew -- you might reconsider putting a policy up on your site, a great many clients will not be thinking in those terms at ALL, and you don't want to introduce the idea of things going badly to those shopping for your services, much less to those looking to scam or take advantage of posted policies. If you need to work out a refund with a client or there's a billing error, etc. - you will be able to deal with the situation directly and in the best way for the client since you're your own customer support
