Default Hello Psychic Sylvia

Yes we have had plenty of enquiries, we are slowly interviewing readers and placing their profiles up on our website to be ready for launch FEB/MAR 2010.

We are reviewing all applications and are not limiting readers to perform "20hours per week" we want you to work at your pace.

Many Blessings

I did.
I went through the entire process- had three test readings in which I was told I did wonderfully- I was a little surprised at that because I was nervous as all get out. There had been time zone coordination issues, but I was told that was okay- and to proceed. Then, the lady in charge told me to write up a profile and send in a pic. I did this. She told me to try maybe a different pic because the one I'd sent didn't show my face clearly enough- which was fair enough. Anyway- I did that and then I never heard back, in any respect. I waited a few days, sent a follow up email, and still nothing.

While I understand that oversights happen- when you're in a management capacity, I believe quite strongly in being organized. Or, on the flip of that- not wasting my time if I was not appropriate. If I gave quality readings but my profile wasn't what they were looking for, maybe letting me know that would have been a good thing. I could have easily changed it to be more in line with what they were looking for. What it seemed like to me was that perhaps I wasn't what they were looking for, and rather than simply sending a rejection letter or telling me so- they allowed me to proceed with the process. That may not have been the case, but the lack of organization put me off.

I thought about pursuing this opportunity and based on your experience, I am so glad i did not. I went to their site and looked at it, and basically got a strange feeling from them. I'm sorry that this happened to you. This experience, and the countless ones like it, is why this board exists. To verify the actual opportunity.

Default Not hearing back

Don' feel badly. You never know, in this economy, perhaps they are experiencing financial setbacks that have postponed their site from launching. I am amazed to see that sites pay 40 cents per talk minute. That is so low, in mho, because i remember it being the rate, around 1994. And as for the person who is seeking a line, or website to train you, I don't think the have time for that. They are seeking experienced readers.

Well, good luck everyone.

The sad thing is that .40 a min is not bad considering what I have seen before. I've seen places offer a lot lower than that and push you to get more min, work more and work certain hours. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't do well with this kind of work when I'm under a lot of pressure.
