Same guess, I think your dog is afraid of taking a bath. Same as my dogs here, we got 2. They get real crazy before and after the bath. I think they don't really like the feeling of being wet.

My guess is that that he's running around because he is thrilled to be done with his bath!

It's just their instincts kicking in and telling them to dry their fur. Not only does mine run around the place, he rubs his wet body all over the garden! Best to grab them and dry them off with a towel before they do that.
Another thing, whether your dog lies to take a bath or not depends on their breed. |
