I am narrowing my research down to these 2 companies. I like both but the business' are run completely different. I want to do a poll though strictly based on style at this point just to get a feel for what people like. So can you help me?

Now remember, just because we work from home or are SAHM's doesn't mean we have to stay in our jammies all day!!

Of these 2 companies- which clothing style appeals to you the best.

CAbi- www.cabionline.com

OR

Jockey Person to Person- www.jockeyp2p.com

Also, if you don't mind could you tell me your age range when you respond?

Thanks for your help!

Personally, I would wear some items from each line. I am 50 something!

I love a lot of the clothes from the CAbi line and actually own a few pieces, but I like the comfort of the Jockey line. Also, you might consider sizing when making your decision. If you choose CAbi, you will be limited on who you can offer the clothes to. Jockey sizes go up to XXXL

Just something to consider.

Oh, and I am 51.

WOW! Okay, first of all I have ordered from Jockey P2P and do love the softness of the material and the comfort .... HOWEVER ............. I had never even heard of Cabi, so when I clicked on that link, I was IN LOVE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!
So, from first glance of Cabi, theywould definitely be my choice DEPENDING ON the sizes they offer and the pricing

I'm 49

Hey I saw you used to be with Weekenders! Me too. I am going to be joining Jockey P2P, if you need some more info let me know.

I like the CAbi line a lot but for my rural area, Jockey is a better match. Plus I am not so sure I would look too good in CAbi clothes, I am heavier and prefer things that stretch! Which is why Weekenders was so great for me! I try to dress my age, but sometimes it is difficult for my size.

I am 30 something.

Good luck!

CJ

I like Jockey because I'm getting more into clothes that don't wrinkle easily...tee, hee...I don't want to iron. They look like they would travel really well. And, I like the styles.

I'm 41.

Wow, you guys, this is hard! I really love the CAbi clothes but it is a huge investment to start up a business and this would definitely be a business not a hobby because their monthly minimums are serious. They only want serious business owners. I guess I am just afraid. Afraid that if I start up and then fail to book enough shows that I won't make the minmums and then will have invested all that money for nothing! Also, they have some real tight rules regarding advertising etc especially on the internet. One thing though is you have to apply to be a consultant. If there are already consultants in your area they will not accept you. So that is good, no saturation.

With the other company,Jockey,it is much like every DS business with a really reasonable start up kit and company paid hostess plans etc. and works much like the average party plan business. It would be much easier to build a team in Jockey. But I actually like the selling part best.

I've got some really hard things to think about. With CAbi, I wouldn't even be starting my business until Feb when the spring line comes out. There is mandatory training before that, which is part of the start up cost. It is all very professional.

Really confused now!
