Default Please help...Ebay purchase not arrived

I purchased two items from one seller early in Dec.
I know it was intl' shipping from UK but other items I ordered came quickly
I notice the seller is no longer listed on ebay.

Can I just contact the email address that the paypal payment was sent to?
Asking for refund?

Do I contact ebay?

Catherine

Catherine, this might help better. First, if it was just a matter of slow shipping, I too would wait. But you also mentioned that the seller is no longer listed on ebay. That's concerning and enough to make me think you might never see your stuff.

If you paid for your items via paypal, you can send a request for a refund THROUGH paypal. Go to paypal.com and look around until you find the spot, but there is a place that you can request a refund. Might need to click on your transaction. Paypal is pretty good about it. They should contact the seller, but I have never not received my money back when I asked for it.

Good luck!!

Hi what you can do is file a complain with eBay go in to your account and there's a link to leave feedback click on it and there you could open a case and eBay will take it from there they will try to get a hold of the seller and they will also notified paypal you could also dispute the charge with paypal, Good Luck im here if you need additional assistance

If you can't get a hold of anyone then go directly to Paypal, they should be able to do something about it..

You can just send a message to the seller's email address and see if any response. If no, just go raise a claim thru eBay or Paypal.
