Insula Research has an Audit for you on the Recruitment Process for a major broadcasting school, which has three major components. You would pose as potential students and contact the school, by phone, to inquire about the school. Shoppers will act like a student who is interested in one of the schools many programs. Then after the initial contact you will go to the studio for a tour. Afterwards, there will be a follow up by the school. You will need to be in the age range of 18-40. Shoppers may be contacted by the school, either by phone or via email. All phone conversations with the school will be recorded by calling through a toll-free number, which is provided by our IT provider, which will automatically record the conversation and save it online. You will complete three online questionnaires to record information about your interactions with the school, and you will need to submit a photo of yourself and of the outside of the studio.
