Capture pages
I am sharing MPBTodayDataSystems capture page because it is the best thing going as far as capture pages are concerned.
Of course it has all the regular features, so I won't bore you with those - what makes this one the coolest is it has a rotator that brings you new visitors that I didn't even have to advertise for, it is the cheapest .... $6.99/month with an option to earn it for free.
