Hi All,
For those looking for a yummy treat using RVL this fall/winter season, try this Pumpkin flavored shake! Take vanilla cream RVL and mix it with 3 tablespoons of Libbys canned pumpkin. (not the pie mix) Add 8 oz of either water, milk, almond milk etc, a few ice cubes and sprinkle some nutmeg and cinnamon and blend! Its like drinking Pumpkin pie! Yummy! The canned pumpkin only adds about 5 calories, (40 calories using the whole can)you getting more nutritional content, more fiber and minimal sugar/sodium (only 5mg sodium and 2g sugars in whole can)

That sounds really good! So many things you can do with RVL!!
I added some egg nog I know lots of fat & cals but it was awesome!! 3oz egg nog & 5oz skim yummy add some ice & blend in a blender.. |

I don't like pumpkin so I tried a little sweet potato instead it was yummy!
