Hello! I'm new and just getting acquainted. I've been filling out applications and am waiting on the next step in the process for a few of the companies concerning customer service positions. I was looking into ACD Direct and while I am happy with what they presented, I have questions about them wanting my ss# prior to nearly any other requests. I've filled out and tested with around six others so far and havent been asked for my social. There was also mention of the applicant paying for training.. What is your experience with this? I am searching acd direct here on this forum and have not found the answers to those questions yet. I appreciate any input.
