I am a freelance writer out of Guntersville, Alabama where I attempt to balance writing, managing the home, homeschooling three active boys and keeping a three acre flower garden. In 2005, I wrote a monthly personal essay for The Huntsville Times that covered family, society, and politics. My article about family finances, “Breaking the Debt Curse,” was published in the April 2008 issue of In Touch magazine. Currently I am contributing to several websites as a guest writer and also writing for print magazines including On the Jitney and Hampton Luxury Liner Magazine.
