Thanks so much for the information. I need to look into this further as I really didn't look at the compensation too carefully. I did get a call from Suzanne earlier so I plan on calling her back later today to ask some questions concerning the position. I don't mind doing phone work really as long as I can do it late at night after the kiddos go to bed LOL or while they are at school. It is just nice to not have to worry about background noise while in chat format.

I just started doing the chat part of the system and have had limited chats. I think that you have to really build a client base before you will do well with the chats. The phone system is for two sites so I can see doing better there. I just really started a couple of days ago so I still have limited expereince with them.

I do know that Suzanne, my manager, is a very nice person and helps a lot if you need it. Good luck and hope you do well
