Oh yes.. I have been in business for 3 years now.. have a large residual customer base... But I have an email marketing campaign set up that follows up with them at key times and promotes reorders and rebooking..

I do more parties as I love doing them. My average party is around $600-$800... I actually had 2 $1000+ parties last month... with and $800 one. I only do three-4 shows a month out of preference.

But I am curious as to how you keep team members active.. I have over 75 team members with my company now.. only about 40 are active... and they dont do tons right now.. It took me til i got like 30 active to actually reach $10,000 in team sales every month... so I am a little concerned as starting over it will obviously take time to build a team that produces before I will reap the benefits of that.
