continued from previous post... I've been all over this site and the internet looking at reviews of them. Do you have any input on your experience with any or all of these companies? I appreciate ANY advice and am definitely not looking for answers that might breach company policies if you work for any of them currently. Hello! I have been looking through the posts and threads here, applying at various companies for customer service positions and now I find myself with some decisions to make. I have noticed from some of your posts that you have worked with teletech and arise. I went through the offer call with Teletech (electronics retailer job) and they are going to send the background and drug screen info. On the same day as this call with Teletech I received notice from Arise that I was invited to an Informational Session and was instructed on how to proceed with the background check. Also, because I had hesitated a few days with Arise, they sent me a 'coupon' waiving the $99 101 and a $100 voucher towards 3 job listings "major cruise line, national retail, and fruit company'. VIPdesk is calling on Wednesday for the interview in the Service Magic position. HELP! All three have good and bad reviews.
