I have a question about Odesk. I have set up my profile and have submitted for jobs but they always go to someone else. I guess I was wondering what I need to do to get jobs. I have posted my rate but I do bid at a lower rate. When you started did you bid a really low rates to get the jobs. Any help you can give me would be great.
