I would start by advertising YoHolla on Facebook, and particularly on Twitter. Get as many followers on Twitter, and don't forget to mention that members get paid for adding friends. When I signed on I did not know this part. Did you ever get the chance to try Paybox.me?

My personal problem is...How do I get people to sign up for YoHolla? They are getting celebrity endorsements, you get paid to add your friends etc...what are people waiting for? I think that it is hard to trust someone online.
